Proof of Daycare Forms

The form Oregon has for "proof" of daycare/childcare costs is complete BS!! Anyone can fill this form out and sign it. No where on it are you required to obtain a notary for signatures. The law should require anyone getting credit for childcare costs should have to prove it by having the childcare provider sign the form in front of a notary. The way the form is now anybody can sign it even the person claiming the childcare costs. When this issue was brought up in my case the judge simply dismissed it acting like the other party wouldn't lie! The judge seemed offended that we would even bring this issue up. Once again though Oregon support judges want you to shut up and just pay with no questions asked!
